We all have barriers that keep us from truly living a fulfilled life, blockages that hold us back from fulfilling our goals, dreams, and real potential. I am constantly being asked to share my story and reveal the steps and process I underwent to reclaim my life. I have been exposed to verbal, physical and sexual abuse. My heart was shattered when I got divorced and ended a 14 year relationship and marriage. I have experienced a miscarriage, survived acute depression which resulted in an attempted suicide and healed from a near death experience, caused by a life threatening disease, yet, today I am one of the happiest people you will every meet.

It all begins and ends with love – Become so filled with love that you spill over and splash love everywhere you go
Love is the reason for everything! It is the reason we do anything, to find love, to share love, to experience love, fills life with the magic and beauty that makes everything worthwhile. But what about self-love?
How much do you really love yourself?
Can you look in the mirror proudly, with a warm smile on your face and say: “I love you. I’m so glad, I get to be you!” I certainly couldn’t, in fact I spoke to myself so badly and I treated myself so badly, far worse than I would ever even consider treating another living thing.

What I didn’t realise was that this very act of self abuse was literally killing me… over the past three years I have been on the most incredible journey of learning self love and appreciation, it has completely changed my life in every way. As I stand here today I can honestly say, I really like the woman I have become and not in an arrogant way, but in a self assured confident way that allows me to greet the world with an open heart, loving each individual I encounter, because I am no longer feeling threatened by them.

10 Steps to Healing (Body, Mind & Spirit)

Create a life of health, vitality and well-being. In January 2014 I was in ICU fighting for my life, when I went into hospital they didn’t know what was wrong with me. I was being kept alive by cortisone and steroids, I was on heavy doses of morphine, in and out of consciousness. After extensive tests and intrusive biopsies, the doctors concluded I had a severe case of Systemic lupus. Lupus like cancer is a gene that many of us carry, it can be triggered to mutate and like cancer, you can get it in one organ, or in many organs… me being me, I don’t do anything half hearted, so I had it in every organ, except my heart. I was having brain seizures and my organs began to fail me. As a last resort my doctors decided to try chemo. If it worked, it would probably take 18 to 24 months to get me into remission… I was in remission in 5 months… Yes, chemo contributed but I did many other things which I deeply believe assisted me in being here today. My illness and the road to recovery have become one of the greatest gifts I have ever experienced in my life. It has given me the opportunity to heal on so many levels, in so many ways and I am forever grateful for what I have been through.

Each and every one of us have our own journey of healing, our own illness of the body, heart, mind, or spirit. In the section of the course I will go over everything that I did that assisted me in my recovery. Whether you have a medical illness or suffering from an emotional wound, the steps that I took to healing may not heal you in the way that you perceive to be correct, but they will assist you on a path to your soul’s highest journey, which can lead you to a sense of well-being never before experienced.


10 Steps to cultivating True Happiness

Stop existing, Start Living. I come from an extremely abusive and challenging past, I have overcome incredible adversity and risen up to become one of the happiest people I know.

So many people are weighed down with the challenges of life, that they don’t even know where to begin when it comes to living in a state of happiness. They believe that happiness is experienced by the lucky few, but I am here to tell you that it is not. Happiness like everything else, is a practice. It is something you can learn and once you do your life will be so incredibly full and rich far beyond anything you ever thought possible.

I know for some of you it sounds too good to be true. If somebody had said that to me a few years ago I would have thought they were completely crazy, that it was not possible. But I have been at rock bottom. I know what it feels like to exist in a constant state of pain, a pain so deep it even becomes physical… I know what it is like to live a life filled with anxiety and dread… I know the difference between a cry for help and reaching the point of no return… I have been so low that I have tried to take my own life because I saw no hope, no way out… and it is because of these experiences that I have been able to take my knowledge and turn it into wisdom.

I am now genuinely one of the happiest people I know, I am grateful for every single moment of my life. Even the challenges because I’ve built up the tools, I’ve mastered certain practices into a way of being and now my life is truly a joyful one lived fully. With the right information, with the right practices, knowledge and effort, you too can begin to live a joyful existence and become the happiest person you know, if you choose to be.
